Any material found on this website and/or any work performed is protected under the United States copyright laws and shall be utilized accordingly. Ultimate Hemis is not affiliated with the brands Mopar or Hemi and utilize the names for the descriptive purposes of the brands we work with only. It is the expectation that you, the customer are the purchaser and/or owner of the vehicle for which work will be done. Ultimate Hemis and/or its associates will not be held responsible, nor will we verify whether permissions were needed from lienholders, etc. prior to beginning or completing work. We do not perform warranty work and the work we do perform is for the purposes of custom performance upgrades to your vehicle. For your project to be considered, you the customer understand that your vehicle must be in a favorable operating condition before upgrades are made and agree to disclose any known issues that your vehicle has prior to the agreement of, or the beginning of, any work. You, the customer agree that some performance upgrades may void associated vehicle warranties and it is your sole responsibility to proceed with Ultimate Hemis with this understanding, and at your own risk. You, the customer agree to hold harmless Ultimate Hemis and its associates for any damages that may result from vehicle upgrades, including but not limited to the voiding of warranties, harm to your vehicle, yourself or others, damages to your vehicle that may be caused secondarily to the work performed. Examples of secondary damages include but are not limited to increased top end power causing damage to bottom end engine components such as pistons, rods, bearings, etc., transmission or driveline damage associated with increased load and power levels, and damage to brakes and tires, etc. It is the expectation that you, the customer will utilize your vehicle responsibly with the upgrades and modifications performed by Ultimate Hemis. 

Note: Ultimate Hemis does not intentionally disable any emissions components and if tuning is required, the same holds true for the tuner we may choose to use for your project.

Project Timeframes

Estimated project timeframes will vary and are subject to parts availabilty. Please allow for this as Ultimate Hemis and/or associates cannot be held accountable for delays due to part availability or shipping issues. It is our policy to understand the scope of the project and purchase parts prior to you dropping off your vehicle to minimize any downtime for you, the customer. Ultimate Hemis will not be responsible for car rentals or providing loaners in the event of a delay.   

Workmanship

Ultimate Hemis will perform work that meets or exceeds industry standards and though custom work cannot be guaranteed, Ultimate Hemis will reasonably work with you, the customer should any quality issues arise. This will be handled on a case by case basis.  
 

Payment 

Ultimate Hemis will utilize Paypal as the primary payment platform, though other means may be accepted on a case by case basis. It is understood by you, the customer, that all work performed and parts utilized will be paid for by you, the customer before your vehicle may be picked up. All local applicable enforcement agencies will be utilitized to help ensure payment is made for the cost of parts or services performed by Ultimate Hemis. In the event that payment is not made, any and all means used, including associated costs to obtain payment, will be passed on to you, the customer. You, the customer understand that Ultimate Hemis will not tolerate any aggressive behavior displayed toward Ultimate Hemis as a whole, or its associates at any point and aims to have a healthy working relationship. UltimateHemis may enforce certain liberties and purchase additional components, or add services on your behalf, with or without previous permission in the event those parts or services are needed to supplement, or complete the agreed to work as a whole. Reasonable foresight will be utilized to minimize surprise costs.

Storage

Ultimate Hemis does not provide storage of vehicles prior to or following completion of performed work. Vehicles need to be dropped off and picked up in a timely manner. 

Terms: "you" refers to the customer and/or owner of the vehicle. "we" refers to Ultimate Hemis and/or its associates. "custom" refers to all work performed by Ultimate Hemis except where noted. By proceeding with Ultimate Hemis, you are agreeing to all terms and conditions provided in this Legal Notice as well as any other information provided on this website.
